This is the next class in the Mindful Macrame Series.
In this unique class you'll learn upon what you learned in our Mindful Macrame 1 workshop, learning new knots and patterns that together will create your unique personal Luminaria Cape. This an active inner child meditation that celebrates the light we carry within and nurturing this container
Knot tying has a rich history of survival, protection, growth, artistry and beauty and when done intentionally can create a powerful space for mindfulness, release, visualization, manifestation and inner child joy.
Join us on November 13th from 4-8pm
Each BEing will create a Macrame Luminaria Cape
Those with a Creative Curiosity and desire to make with their hands would benefit from learning and adding this creative tool to their daily practice.
Each registration includes: Meditation, Hands-On Instruction, Workbook, and Materials for a Glass Luminaria
