This is an original workshop by Artist Cat Brown, of the Mystic Nomad.
In this unique class you'll learn the meditative trance of knot tying - an active meditation that you can add to your own personal practice.
Knot tying has a rich history of survival, protection, growth, artistry and beauty and when done intentionally can create a powerful space for mindfulness, release, visualization and manifestation.
Join us on August 7th from 1pm - 5pm
Each BEing will create a Yoga/Blanket strap as a tangible representation of their greatest Manifestation!
Those with a Creative Curiosity and desire to make with their hands would benefit from learning and adding this creative tool to their daily practice.
